Dr. Éric Paradis

Éric Paradis, M.D., is an obstetrician-gynaecologist (OBGYN) who offers a patient-focused approach to diagnosing and treating disorders and diseases relating to the female reproductive system. His impressive credentials include:

• Graduated in gynaecology and obstetrics at the University of Montreal in 1997.
• Head of the gynaecology department at hospital Pierre Boucher de Longueuil from 1997 to 2023.
• Chief of service of gynaecology from 2000.
• Particular interest in minimally invasive advanced surgery in the treatment of fibroids, endometriosis and endometrial cancers.
• Co-Director of the advanced laparoscopic surgery workshop and total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery offered by the Association des Gynécologues et Obstétriciens du Québec (AOGQ). Nearly 100 Canadian gynecologists trained to date in these advanced surgery workshops.
• Member of many advisory committees on gynaecology treatments. Member of the AOGQ’s Continuing Professional Development Committee. Member of the scientific committee of the annual symposium Pierre Drouin. Presentations at many congresses and training events throughout Canada.
